Help drawing eyes🌱🌸

i'm struggling to draw the iris, any tips or demonstrations are very welcome😊

some general tips

• the iris in a neutral expression is usually slightly covered by the upper eyelid and barely/almost touches the lower eyelid
• the iris itself is concave so if you draw pupils realistically they’d often be slightly offset from the exact center due to perspective (general tip it doesn’t really apply here cause of the angle and also kinda a style choice)
• the cornea lens is convex in the opposite direction from the iris so the highlight is on the opposite side of the inner iris lighting
