the coloring is actually pretty accurate but i think that you should focus on the colors, especially on this character the reference has brighter hair color and more defined shapes than yours

Overall it’s good, rendering here is important to show her sharp jawline. Here in your drawing it’s round.
Eye position should be more closer to the nose.
The forehead is weird, too up and her face is angular. It’s should be more softer
But overall you’re doing nice
