how do i make the colors pop out more i dont really understand color theory to the fullest and id like some help

You shaded with a more warm tone/ purple colour so I’d say you should continue doing that just more in depth and add more light / highlights onto your drawing with cool toned/greener colours. Since the main focus of your drawing is blue, you should add hints of other colours in the drawing with shading. If you don’t understand I could add a few photos too :p

You could use brighter greens as highlight

And warmer hues as the darker parts
