I need some advice for coloring this, my past artworks weren't NEARLY as detailed as I want this to be. I started with the darker colors but then had to change the skin to the lighter tone which didn't help. Here's the two images, the gacha one was when I was planning out my OC

For example here's my past work and you can see why I'm struggling with this:

Areas in white ⚪️: highlitez, brighter colors ( the white globe is the “light source”

Areas in red 🔴: Shading, darker colors

The circles on the horns represent the bubbles but obviously this drawing isn’t done lol so

Also you changed the neckline from what the character was originally wearing- the gacha looks like she’s in a hospital gown whereas this drawing looks like she’s just in a shirt or turtleneck

IMO I would switch it back

Nah I'm good on completing the drawing part, I need practice. Thanks for the help! I'm still kinda bad at drawing so I was REALLY stuck on this. I'll show you the final image once I'm done (⁠ ⁠╹⁠▽⁠╹⁠ ⁠)

Oh also shade the skin under the bandaid and shade rhe bandaid under the hair

Also the shading on the horns should be on the outsides, not on the inside

I was looking at songs on my playlist and Monitoring has a very similar color scheme, I could try to do that?

Not the text because that would be too busy, but like a desaturated blue and yellow over the background I just drew and maybe a white outline?
