#Angles + Facial Expressions

I’m trying to do some sketches of different angles but I’m having difficulty making her head tilt more upwards, and I think the facial features (especially the head outline) are really off. Any tips on how to fix?

Tried fixing the angle a bit but still having trouble with lips - pls help!!
