It’s ment to be the surface of the water you know how you dive under waves and look up and everything is weird looking at the surface

Okay so I guessed right I thought it was that

So the first thing is not perspective and not blending of top with bottom layer

It feels like the ocean is abruptly cut off

And one more thing the distortion is too much in above part so make it less and more clear

But I have to say your colouring and drawing and shading is really good I really liked it
