I know you were asking about anatomy but what might help is fixing the proportions. I use mostly triangles and cylinders to draw stuff. The lemon slice works good too. I call the chest and kinda the torso area a double triangle. When you draw out the head 7 heads just about is a full sized human. This is really messy because I mostly do digital now but I think it explains it. I hate using ovals.

short sketch to help. to sum this up— since the blue person is being lifted, the torso should relax a bit more. currently, the torso seems a bit stiff. making the person’s torso lean back more would make it look more natural. for the arms— the arms that are draped over the other person’s shoulder looks good. but the elbows could be a bit lower to show gravity pulling it down. the rest about the legs are in the drawing since i feel that its kind hard to explain it with words. hope this helps you!! :)
