Hi friends,
I’m almost certain I’m not going to receive any artwork from an artist I commissioned months ago. I haven’t received an update and they are claiming they can’t refund me right now. Unfortunately, I paid using friends and family. They are active on discord and at this point I just want to refund, I don’t want to keep going back-and-forth with them. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
