id say face looks flat as well as hair, u have a lot of shaping shadows on hair and not enough of depth shadows

the face is too wide and much larger than the body, that is the main thing that makes it look off.
The neck is also contributing to the small size of the body due to the way you've made it, you've made it it basically go like this: ) (, when it instead should be mostly a straight cylinder, that then it expands around the area of the shoulder, that creates the curve that goes from your shoulders to the neck.
As for the hands, you've mostly got it right, though the palm and thumb are very long, and the way the thumb connects to the palm is off, this is a quick sketch to give you an ideia on how to do it. As for the other hand, it's also quite long, and it is very small.

add shadows on the sides that have soft edges because the head is a circle, it wraps so like whatever that is at an angle shld be shadowed
