(I feel I HAVE to say this so I don't get unnecessary hate, but no one is born an artist, and I try to make it obvious I am a beginner, but PLEASE... I'm looking for advice, not " wth is that? " That ISN'T helping! Thanks :3)

It lacks a correct fundamental structure such as the shame of the head, the distance between the eye and ear or the angle of the nose. Most importantly you're drawing the hair with single lines instead of hair strands

Also I think you're drawing on a pretty small scale so I'd recommend sketching a bit bigger, it gives you more room to breathe and draw details in and also allows for easier adjustments
