I need help with like rendering eyes and eyes in general despair

first of all, the iris is MUCH too soft. irises actually have a mostly hard line. even if stylized, they wouldnt be this soft, unless its a fantasy character.
the eyeliner could work, but generally, it looks weird because theres no definition in the shape of the eye. most eyes arent a half circle shape.
theres also no tearduct so it looks weird because you cant tell which side is the front
id define the top of the eyelid more with a slightly darker, thin line.
neither the eyelid nor the eye would be that low unless the person has a lot of fat deposits in their eyes. id recommend drawing the eyeliner after u finish most of the eye

forgot to mention but the pupils are also hard especially because theyre there to let light in lol

eyes are also made of 3 parts on top and 2 on the bottom (a general rule, yoiu dont have to follow it for EVERY eye but it helps form them)
