Why don't you look up the internet for interesting hairstyles and if you are afraid of ruining the drawing just put some translucent foil on top of it and sketch the hair and eyes in there.

So there's translucent foils like for overhead projectors and there also is semi-translucent paper for drawing. You can look it up in google or on amazon.
You can just put it on top of your drawing and since you will see your art through it, you can scribble in eyes or hair and just try around.
Another way would be to just print the photograph of your art and scribble on the print
so you dont have to "ruin" the original
