The eyes are too slanted compared to the rest of the face, you can easily fix this by moving the left eye up slightly, the hair is not too cluttered and you rendered it very well :)

First off Id like to say I love how you picked a light source and stayed consistent with the shading! So there's no issue for the colouring imo

Here's a version I tried tweaking
By moving the eyes, nose and mouth
It's good to draw reference lines to see where each parts are

One of my favourite tip I learnt is imagine the character wearing a mask, that's where the eyes will be

#

I did edit the right eye a bit to match the left, especially the lashes/ eyelid
The left is more straight while the right is raised
