I like the coloring, but it just needs some anatomy help. My advice would be to trace over some reference images of poses before drawing. If you're looking for help redoing the piece all together, I'd say to define the shirt more and attempt grayscale shading to practice the light and shadows — but I'm not the best at art either, so take my advice with some salt.
