I can’t figure out how to draw the other arm, please help if u have any references or if u want to draw/erase, feel free to! I really don’t know the perspective?

Also with the skirt, I’m not sure how to draw skirts yet!

not sure how to explain this, but you have to perspective warp the arm-- it's called foreshortening if you're unfamiliar, and here are some references I found on pinterest for you :)
