Her arms might be bit too long, maybe make it shorter and extend the torso or neck even? At first glance i thought it was just her two hands and two legs, felt as if her torso was missing! your background might just need bit more rendering if youre planning to just blur it out. Face proportion can be a bit different imo but if youre fine with it then cool!
