I’m working on my OC reference sheet but can’t figure out how to put the foot, I want it to kind of be facing outwards so the pose is less stiff while not making it look like one leg is shorter or that his ankle is broken 💔

You can tilt the pelvis upwards on the side of the foot you want to offset and indicate that on the leg structure (front leg "over" the crotch and back leg behind it) also tilt the knee outwards and if you do the pelvis tilting remember to do some subtle contraposto

You can also make both feet at the same plane if you want to make it more technical, but you will have less space to design the upper foot (if the footwear is interesting it won't show that much)
