Hmmm i think if ur light source is coming from the top then you should add more shadows to the chin, as for hair dont use pure black. Instead use a dark blue or purple so that way you can use a darker colour for the shadows
the art looks good just needs a defined light source and maybe try making the lineart's width diffrent depending on it's placement
the light seems to be coming from the top due to the shadows on the neck, but on the nose, it seems the light is coming from the left.
I think the hair is pretty good so far. Since the hair is black, it'll absorb more light so maybe add some highlights? You can think of hair as chunks that lay and on each other.
