#help with shading TT

for the shading i think the main issue is with your values. you can see in the greyscale version, everything kind of meshes together and there is not much contrast. theres a bit with the moon and eyes which is good and guides the viewers. but a scene set at night would be WAY darker and the little bit of rim lighting you have would be much more visible
ive got some random stock images which might be closer to what you were intending. dont be afraid to darken things up and have a bit more contrast. and be sure to USE REFERENCE!!! id also recommend just learning more about how lighting affects colours. and also i can see you are somewhat familiar with the underlying facial structure around the cheekbones which is good. this is a handy 3d model which shows the face from different lighting conditions you could reference from to add more depth to ur art https://www.artstation.com/artwork/GX3Ax1
NOTE : " Hi Thanks for the support on this project ! There is an issue on Artstation with all marmoset viewer. I can recommand the wayback machine as a temporary fix ! "
