I feel like I did pretty good on this, but despite using a skeletal guide for the base, I still feel like the arm and torso anatomy is still off.

Shorten the stomach a little bit. Even in a stretched position usually belly buttons dont end up near the crotch line. Also i think shortening the forearm just a little bit would be helpful. Because normally the tips of your fingers will sit on your mid thigh when you lower it so the arms, even when raised, should reflect that length

Also the chest will not just stretch but actually follow the movement with an arm stretch that pronounced

Try to use a line of action to give it more dynamism! It can really help to determine the way the body and muscles should move and act at consequence of the movements, like placing the shoulder curving to the left and the hips to the right , like <

it looks stiff so use gesture,also the very soft blending doesnt suit the dark sketch lines. try either using only paint or do something different

i think the arm is a bit long, and the elbow should be further down the arm.
