Good job on this! First suggestion: the corners of the eyes align with each other. If you draw a line (it can be curved because faces are round) from one side of the face to the other, the eyes should both fall on the line.
Second suggestion: the ears tilt back, not in.
Third suggestion: on the left, the hand is facing the wrong way. You can fix this by showing the fingers instead of the back of the hand.
Additionally, if you are struggling with anatomy in future drawings, it is always a good idea to look up reference photos or use a mirror to figure out where the features of the face are placed and such
