i want to make this better like this is a start kindaish never drawed on a laptop ever
when I'm done it will look different but any advice on what i can do would be nice weather its kind or rude ill take it thanks

I love the concept! Super cute 🥰 depending on what program you're using to draw, learning how to use the different tools and things like alpha lock and clipping masks will help you render and colour more easily.
Also, (and I know it's cause you're new to it and it might be tricky) but try varying the line weight of it a little, this will add some dimension 😊 hope this helps

I love the art you already made here is a tip you can maybe (or maybe not if you don't want to) use : try shading the shirt and the jacket.

Cute character! Shading can help each piece contrast nicely and layering can help you target specific pieces of your character; it’s easy whenever you have to go back and change things without altering something else. Like having a layer for the color on the head, eyes, clothes, etc!
