maybe add reflected light at the back of the head for more shading
I think the nose should be lowerd down a bit and the light below the right eye should be moved a bit left
I think those small changes could make a big difference
I believe it's because you've drawn her looking over her shoulder in a way that's physically impossible, it happens to the best of us haha especially without a reference. I tried the pose in the mirror and the face should be more 3/4 with the chin closer to the shoulder, to lift the chin that high is painful and I'm hypermobile 😂 or if you'd rather you could change the positioning of the neck and shoulders. I will say the rendering is stunning and I love how you drew the eyes, I think once you fix the pose and add some hair and extras it's going to be phenomenal.
Also an easy tip to check if it's your proportions that are causing issues is to flip your drawing horizontally every now and then 😊 it really makes small issues stick out
