I'm trying to fix the face on this painting I started but it's sending me loopy, it's my first time painting a face with watercolour and I just can't get it to work with me 😣 any help would be sooo greatly appreciated

Watercolor gets better with layers. Make sure to be patient and let it dry between layers. If you get stuck, take a break for an hour or more. Even overnight and it should be better when you come back.
What you have looks really good! Just try to paint the shadows and then add details.
