I was experimenting with some different shading techniques on this one but something still feels really off?

Your shading is really good, but what I think might be off is that even when everything is facing the same light its still appears to have a slighty different value sometimes. It can be further or more hidden. Example of what you could do attached.
Its really pretty and I love your art a lot!! but if I may point out as well, even tho I'm aware that the ear is at an angle I would still make it a bit bigger.
