ok assuming yiu can understand my horrible rushed scribbles, the pink kinda color is light, and the dark red is shadow. Im assuming that the light is coming from behind her and this is REALLY roughly done, BUT i hope you get the premise...

and let me do the fashion design critique real quick cause theres not much wrong

do the design is over all AMAZING!!!!! there are some things ive red lined kinda to show some common themes among cyperpunk neo outifts ive found.. The little purple fabric things (idk what to call them) would be more straight down (i tried it out myself) and then the second thing I did was the purple top! The purple top def looks amazing the way you drew it wowie 😍 but in a lot of the images i found of this style, the tops are usally more curvy you know? and then the only other thing I mIGHT change (purely because i love bows and belts etc..) is adding some like ribbons flowing off the hairties to add more movement, and i would also add just a belt across her waist for more layer and texture based on the outfit themes

over all 10/10 love it

i didnt know which one you meant by left so i did left bottom (reference on the top) lighting instead of left top (reference on the bottom)

it would be smth like that i presume (references will always be as life saver and i think we actually have a link somewhere for a face)
