for the blindfold i recommend giving it depth as in making the crease in between the two eyes more visible by shaping the crease lines differently in the blindfold or giving it shading
and yeah I get ur struggle with eyes their honestly SOO annoying and ruin my entire drawing, yours is looking great so far tho nice job!!!
I explained eyes in another post, I can copy paste it here
Eyes are a bit more unique from artstyle to artstyle
But it's easier to split it between these parts.
Red represents the pupil, blue represents the eye structure (Which can be changed), green is the details of the eyelid (Where the top of the eye hides behind the lid)
To draw both eyes more easily, you can do the top one (Draw the structures on both sides at the same time, one by one, instead of drawing the full eye on one side and then drawing the next. This will help in making eyes more symmetrical )
The bottom one is for digital art, you can select the eye and then copy it on the other side, then flip.
Ears help a lot with aligning where the eyes should be placed on the face
You'd wanna keep eyes aligned with the middle of the ear or higher
Not too high, it's typically better to get away with a larger forehead than a smaller one
3/4 perspectives are a bit trick since the structure changes
How I do it, I'd draw one eye normally, but then make the other eye shorter in width
depending on the 3/4 view, the eye may be covered by the nose or not
also depends on nose structure
This part of the eyes circled in blue would be mostly covered by the pupil
