So I know the hands on the 1st dude do not look good ill draw em later, right now im just cooking up designs, you can ask me abt the characters if u want, I have some lore behind em

hm, i like them but they seen.. a bit boring? maybe with color it would help but the big guy seens generic
try messing with types of clothing, add bigger boots and maybe a bigger helmet with more horns

for the other guys i think you should emphasise his pants and belt, it fits him well

You know its funny because lore-wise the big guy is a mass cloned super hero used by a corrupt government to enforce law

the quality is a bit bad but i made smt, i got the star patter and made him more spiky with it, i think the shoulder plates makes him more "super hero" and the spikes makes him scarier, but idk
i really liked the star shoulder plate tho
