I got a problem. I really like this sketch, but I can‘t seem to color it right? I don‘t even know how to explain it. Everytime I try to color it it looks kind of flat and lifeless. Please help me!

The sketch looks great and I really like the features! To make the coloring look more life like I would add more gradients of shading, some darker shade and then some lighter ones. A thing I think is really missing here are highlights! I would try adding more of those depending on where the light is coming from so that you can bring out their features more. If you would like you could also try to play with some secondary highlights that are like a cherry on top to make your drawing look more real. Secondary highlights are usually the color of the environment and there should not be too many, but maybe you can try googling it If you would like to implement them too!

2nd try! i think it looks a lot better, but something is still bugginig me - is it still the light?

you could try to blend some of the highlights edges, I know that on the model its not very visible but some parts of our face are more round and so the edge should be a bit softer, but not all of the highlights! and maybe try adding some darker shadows on the neck
For exemple these are the edges I would make a bit softer
