Try using a reference image like this one! What I can see at first glance is that the teeth are too close to eachother, they usually have some space inbetween them that grows bigger as you get closer to the gum (you know here there is no gum so let's say that it grows bigger as it goes closer to the place from which they come out from). Secondly, because of the lack of gum the teeth should be longer since it is only bone they should seem much bigger since the root of the teeth is exposed. Lastly, the teeth are all too simmilar to eachother, you can correct this by searching a little about the teeths and their different shapes, primarily there are the incissors, fangs and mollars (you can learn about their functions to feel more familiar with them but it's up to you).
PD: Doing a study of teeth besides from the drawing is really helpful, you can also search for tutorials if you want to! (Btw sorry for not including visual aids, maybe I'll do some later but I'm feeling kinda lazy rn)

Honestly, I don’t think it looks as bad as you might think it does. It looks like they’re a bit small, but it’s not an offense that really stands out to me.
