This is jake lockley from the moonknight tv series. My art style is heavily inspired by chibi and anime so I rarely draw characters with necks.

Some things i can add are:
Set decoration for the table since they're at a restaurant.

is it a sketch or done lineart?

I would move him to the middle for better composition. I would move the head a bit to have it more straight. The cheek should be angles higher. I made guidelines for bones.

if Its a lineart that you did, I would focus more on the lines to be precise and generally the lines should be around the same thickness, BUT the objects closer to the viewer can be made with thicker lines (in your case that would be the hands and forearms). You can also try making them thicker in spots that will be dark.

For his arm i was trying to go for him resting his elbow on the table. Im not sure if that changed anything tho

I was trying to go with an lazy unimpressed expression but I may have over did it. I'll definitely try to tweak the mouth

Also with the 'move to the middle' I meant to move the whole character more to the middle for a better composition. Im sorry, I wasn't precise cry
