is it a sketch or done lineart?
I would move him to the middle for better composition. I would move the head a bit to have it more straight. The cheek should be angles higher. I made guidelines for bones.
if Its a lineart that you did, I would focus more on the lines to be precise and generally the lines should be around the same thickness, BUT the objects closer to the viewer can be made with thicker lines (in your case that would be the hands and forearms). You can also try making them thicker in spots that will be dark.

For his arm i was trying to go for him resting his elbow on the table. Im not sure if that changed anything tho
I was trying to go with an lazy unimpressed expression but I may have over did it. I'll definitely try to tweak the mouth
I understood, but it's just that if you sit down like this then his arm to forearm feels uncomfortable. you can try sitting down 1st and see how you would position yourself for reference
