I think it looks good, maybe add some more blueish light to the girl's face, along her jawline I think will help. You could also decide what you want the viewer to look at first, whether it's the hand or the face, and gaussian blur the other + the moon to make it more clear.
and whatever you want to be in focus, i'd recommend making the lineart a little thicker.
Another thing I might add is the colours all tend to be the same saturation, when colouring it's important to vary the saturation in your colours a bit to stop them from looking muddy. I can attach an example if you like.
