Looks so good
Try give more detail on wings mate
I can try
oki so very rough but just did it so u could see a diff. From what i see, the character design seems a bit random, or the shapes are just too big and out of place. The wings thats wrapped around her body is too big imo and just in general the way it wraps around her looks like its a dress but its not. Her wings on the back look super thin and tiny compared to the one in front and it kinda looks like bat/vampire wings with how its drawn. The silhouette doesnt align with what the character actually looks like and could be hard to understand with that alone, its also too sharp and theres no cohesiveness to the shape at all. Theres also her halo and staff which is too detailed. In General, theres too many things going on and itd be best if you simplified a few things to make her design more cohesive.
To emphasize her wings you could make them super big and wide, to really see in the silhouette that its her wings and not a dress. and her skirt could be like slim but idk what dress shes wearing so yeah that depends on you, its fine if its like big and poofy just make sure the wings stand out more. I also think the staff could be more straight and shouldnt be too flashy or thick cuz. But its fine if its slanting, just make sure its not too extended from the character or else itll divert too much attention away from her. Same with the halo. If were thinking angel then Id recommend using less sharp lines and more straight or round lines, cuz itll give more of that elegance vibes. The sharp lines just scream chaos/chaotic lol, which is partly why I find it messy. You can have sharp lines, just dont do it too much basically!
Hmm, i get it i think, honestly the drawing i have isn't really how i wanted it to look, i can give this rough sketch i had before i started drawing the thing above, so the back wing is actually part of her hair, while the waist wing around her was supposed to mimic a dress, here the bottom wing looks more thin and slim, something i for some reason was unable to get right with the actual drawing
