Help with fighting poses

I'm working on a piece with two Dragon Ball OCs sparring, and I feel it could look more dynamic. Can anyone give suggestions for how I could make it look more like they are in motion, and make the kick the top character performs and which is blocked by the bottom character's arm feel more impactful?

So the hand closer to our pov looks bigger or something

And idk if it's intended but make the expression on the other person seem like they're actually delivering force if yk what I mean

Thanks! I foreshortened the outstretched leg and arm more, and now it looks loads better!
