Hi! This looks great :)
I think the biggest thing would be line weight/variation, and practicing line confidence. Working with pencil is really hard I've found for pieces that take up a good amount of room, because of how thin the lead is I feel like it leans itself towards making it harder to create smooth, rhythmic lines without some serious under sketching or lining over it. When I worked as a caricature artist, they had us doing warm ups where we would just play with weight and control with our lines before we drew, to get us better at making confident strokes. It was, like, heavy to light, light to heavy, waves with varying pressure on the highs and lows, that sort of thing. At one point we'd just create random shapes and vary line weight working on those. If I'm honest I dunno what character this is :') I feel like if I did I'd be able to help more and that's more likely due to me not having seen the anime than anything. I love the eyes, though! And the expression is very successful. If I were to recommend anything, I think I'd say maybe check out Mark Crilley if you haven't before? When I was big into anime he was my saving grace in learning about it. Also, Proko's videos about line quality might also be helpful. I actually had a professor for figure drawing show us one of his videos in our class about drawing the human form, which I think speaks well about the content of his videos. They were what I watched to learn about anatomy, personally, too so I just trust that man with my life. NIRO's video on how he draws faces goes over fundamentals, too, but at the end it talks about anime stylization and how that works. ALSO about stylization: Spencer Phelps on youtube made a playlist about stylized character design which might help visualize how to push and pull and emphasize/deemphasize proportions which is super helpful for anime. Best of luck, you're doing great. <3
