The gal's torso is the main thing. Cut off a bit of it from the right and move the arm to the right some too since her head and left arm are only at a slight diagnol from facing the side(I'm so sorry if that doesn't make sense). Also, one thing that helps me with arms is remembering that elbows are approximately where your waist is so hers is a bit short
