oghh i think this is beautifully stylized!! i would maybe just soften the hairline by adding some little strokes as strands of hair? i see youve done some, but i would def recommend exaggerating that. And perhaps move the right eye a bit down and more to the right. but again, this is soso cool..

both eyes are drawn in the same shape, which only happens when the subject is looking forward. For a 3/4 angle like this, the eye furthest from the "camera" can be the trickiest to draw
