for poses, js see if u can do the exact pose

n if u can do it comfortably then the pose is fine, if it feels kinda hard to do , then u might want to rethink the pose. aside from that js use online references if u can find them

anyway, the forearm of the arm on the left seems a bit short, unless youre trying to foreshorten it

harder to tell with the arm on the right, but judging by the folds it might be a bit short too

proportionally, the forearm is only slightly shorter than the upper arm (hand excluded), and including the hand, its slightly longer than the upper arm
