The character with the lighter hair shouldn't be able to turn their head back that far. From this perspective, their face should be closer to a side profile than anything else. Their hand is a bit off as well. I think the main issues with it are not being able to see many of the fingers, and the wrist. Otherwise, great piece! I adore the perspective, and the characters have very clear personalities.
