Hmnn this is very pretty!!! The anatomy of the hands is a little questionable though. The part of the hand that the thumb is coming out of is really elongated. I don't know if you used a reference but you should try to study hands a little! Other than that, the contrast of the lighting could be pushed more (darker shadows, brighter lights). But that's about all the critique I have rn!! Again this is a very nice piece I really like how you did the face..

How many joints does the left hand thumb have? I see 3 bumps before the chick. Also the left hand back have unnecessary bumps.
The thumb have 2 joints and so i think you should remove the middle bump. And the right hand, just flatten it
