I'd like to get some advices about how to study human anatomy systematically. Are there books or free video courses? I've heard about Andrew Loomis' books but I dont know if it's worth it. What would you recommend?

watch like one yt video and practice, it isnt that complicated it just takes a bit of time

Study construction anatomy and do guster drawing and watch proko videos about anatomy they helped with my anatomy and I recommend Michael Hampton book about figure drawing but do be worry the book proko video and figure drawing website contains a lot of nudity artistic nudity but nudity none the less so I would not recommend an less your 18 and older
But the most important thing is presenting and enjoying the act of drawing
