Looking for help with detailed drawings

I mostly need help with clothing folds/frills, shoes, and facial harmony
Any tips please

Folds always start where theres a bend, if the arm is bent, there will be folds where that bend is. Shoes you would look up a reference for, and facial expresion should match the pose, like if its energetic, then the face should have a smile, or a wink, something of the sort. Love your art!
