on the face, the nose is too low and the mouth too much to the left. shes also not really looking at anything. and the lines on her neck arent anything. the tendons or whatever is there comes from behind the ears and connect to the collarbone. her head is really big too.
the rendering is good, but the clothes lack texture. the way light reflects on a black pair of pants is much different than the way it reflects on a red dress shirt, mostly because black absorbs most of the light.
