Could be the fact there aren’t visible ears - they may just be behind the hair :) BUT could also be the eye bags/marking thingies under her eyes - or the fact that the top half of the face is kinda “cluttered” idk how else to describe it - but in comparison to the bottom which just has a small mouth - you could add some blush, defined lips or chin, completely up to you - and I understand it is probably just your style (which looks amazing btw ) but yeah - hope this helps - and if not ping me
