I feel like the legs are a bit too short, try to get some slight curves in the legs so they dont look stiff

i don't know much about anatomy yet, i haven't studied it much

Center of gravity seems to be off, if you would turn wherever he standing on straight, he would be leaning. To remedy this, most likely what you'll have to do is shift his positioning/pose in order to make it look right

Its fine if the building is tilted, but realistically, you would need to still find his center of gravity in order to balance things out

how hes standing is definetely off, if u were to put the drawing left side up it would look like hes either standing on a wall or defying gravity 
so basically move him or move the floor hes on
are u looking for help on the anatomy?
what i said doesnt rlly apply if what ur going for is him like falling over or smt
