I can't help but to think there is something missing in this drawing, also the face looks kinda flat to me, any tips?

The features of the face looks perfect! The lineart's great too
Shading looks fantastic but U can add shade to the eyes too. Try to draw a background (If can't then try diff colours)

Try to only draw the character's torso (if U can't draw bodies)

(This is just a recommendation, don't needa take it)

Yeah I'm trying to draw her whole body rn and idk if it looks anatomically accurate

Took a little break then came up with this

Only problem is that I have no idea how I can fix her right arm to make it look like she's holding her hip

I understand-I can relate! and when we get back to our artworks that has been done over a few days ago, we view that as kinda "meh".

anatomy looks great! I think u gotta draw the right arm the same length as left arm
like try imaging/drawing an arm, and decide where u wanna draw the joints and stuff. abt that, u can turn it into a real arm!
so try drawing right and left doing the a pos same (on the direction her face is facing). then try to positionthe left arm like that (like u did) then do the same as the right, but try to draw the 4 fingers showing out on her hip
