so the three on the right are the same person but they dont look like it to me?? like something about his face changes everytime i draw him and its irking me lol

Maybe looking into making/getting a character reference sheet could be helpful for future reference to keep a constant design! ^_^
But overal, i think the main thing that makes them look varied is the face shape. Some appear more sharp whilst others look more softer, and some look like to have some variation in the jawlines. Other than that, its super good, and in my opinion they all look like the same character!!
