Im doing this art and i have sort of eached the point where i dont know what to do to make it more more apealing. Im looking for any way that i could make the colors and shading look better. Any sugestions with the bacgrkound are cool as well

Yoo, I love this piece!!
One thing i'd change is maybe making the background one solid, darker colour (like the deep purple you currently have) then have an outline/boarder a brighter colour, (Like the yellow you currently have) to have your character stand out more! :]
Shading wise, I don't have much to suggest, as in my opinion its super good. Maybe a light airbrush on the tail or a few darker lines on the tail/fur could look cool, but other than that I believe the shading is awesome! :D
