Your legs on the male character are a bit too short compare the length to the female one and you will see it’s shorter compared to their upper bodies
Regarding the arms it seems like u are drawing the muscles at the wrong angle I would also say that they are to short like sketch said
You can estimate the length based on the hand it normally reaches under the crotch if the arm is straight like with the legs you got it right on the female character

The arm looks fine I still think his legs are too short I would suggest you use irl references and not drawings tho
