They all look good!! Though my advice is to not try to limit yourself to just one or the other. Having a set ‘style’ isn’t really something you should worry too much about because your style is distinct no matter how you draw your characters!! Having a set ‘style’ also limits you from experimenting on how to draw different things, features, or just learning in general.
In my opinion, you should use that simpler style if you want to finish something faster, and that more detailed style if you want to actually get in on the details and really make a solid illustration. Hope this helps!! Let me know if you’re confused on anything 
TL;DR don’t trade one for the other, embrace both and take advantage of their strengths
